Glad you made it through the pandemic, we believe they won’t be another outbreak of Covid in Nigeria and beyond. All we need to do now is to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Wear your mask, wash your hand and avoid crowded places is not just enough now. We need one more thing to stay strong.
We need to constantly eat healthily and be conscious of boosting our immune system. A lot of time we ignore this because we believe it enough to wash the hands and wear masks. You also need an immune system that can fight against anti-bodies.

Drink enough water daily, this can be sometimes hard. Instead, try drinking a glass of water when you wake up to start your day off right. Your body is dehydrated from sleeping, so this is a great way to remedy that immediately.
